PA State Clearances
CLEARANCE AND CONCUSSION TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
In addition to signing up with MOBettah, all coaches with MOBettah will be required to submit to a background check in accordance with PA law. Also, all coaches need to complete an online concussion training course, emailing the Certificate of Completion to the club.
Details for clearances can be read at keepkidssafe.pa.gov. Governor Wolf has instituted a fee waiver for volunteers. There are three documents that need to be completed

Clearances are good for 5 years. Concussion training must be done yearly.
Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check
Signed Disclosure Statement (10+ yr continuous PA residents)
If you have not lived in Pennsylvania for the last 10 years
you would need to do an FBI check in lieu of the Signed Disclosure Statement.
The FBI check would not be free.
